ICICI offered home loan interest rate of I-base 9.75% + Margin of 0.65% when I provided the documents for sanction letter. Later when I received the sanction letter, I found that Margin in increased 0.9%. I escalated to Sr. Management Desk, they also agreed the issue, but denied to provide solutio. Instead sent me regret email... I need your help and intervention to take it stringly with ICICI. My Home loan application code: is 61587979
