I made a online complaint to Distric Consumer forum, west bengal. complaint grievance no. is 1945/2013 dated 12/14/2013.
complaint against Station Manager, WBSEDCL, Sonarpur.
Till today i have not received any reply from the department.
i want to know my complaint is accepted or not?
