I had purchased an LG microwave oven (model no MC2841SPS) a month ago. I have already faced 2 issues with it and requested a replacement with LG using complain no \"RNA 140112025825\". The replacement request was lodged on 15th January, 2014 but no updates have been provided. Everytime I call up I am given a different number to call up. This is causing extreme mental stress to me.
