Consumer Redressal

Dear sir .i am used a ypaycash mobile walet(joint of karur vaysya bank).and i load 4500 rs in my walet .but i am not use this money .then i am call in ypaycash department they told me that they recuried my some document and after that i am send my document of ypaycash office .They told me that my account is active in 7 day .but my account is not active to till date .i am sending mail in his customer care department but they not replied any answer on my mail
