Consumer Redressal

I took connection of TIKONA for my home and the same was not working propery in my area, They engineers from TIKONA came to my home but they could not correct the error. As per their policy I can cancel my connection and take REFUND of entire amount.However there is not action from TIKONA and no refund provided inspite of many emails from me.I also lodged a complaint at GRAHAK Seva.com, but no help.
