Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a brand new Karbonn Mobile Model A12 on 07.06.2013. Its under warranty. Its vibration and w-fi functions were not working, hence I had approached Karbonn Service Center (Four Genius Mobile Service, Cont No. 9022899926/7208637115 JobSheet No. KJASPMH246113K10038 dated 09.11.2013, ASP Code KJASPMH246). Now, its nearing 2.5 months and my handset is still not repaired. I had made several visits to the service center but it is informed to me that the handset is sent to Delhi which is still not received. I have send reminders to them but till date no action taken. I request that my handset should be replace by a new handset or cost of handset is to be returned to me.
