I was retired from the Services of DHL Logistics Pvt, Mumbai on 31.07.2013 and immediately after my retirement they have submitted my Cliam thr\' their good offices. Even after waiting for five months I have not received my PF amount and last month when I was checking on Online status of my claim, I found that it has been rejected due to some discripancies and the intimation letter is under dispatch. Till date I have not received any such letter. I have immediately informed my previous employer who submitted my claim and they said that the PF office will send the rejection letter direct to the employee not to the employer. Due to no fault of me the claim has been delayed. Please let me know what is to be done?
