Consumer Redressal

Hi, this is to complain that I had purchased website hosting domain and registered a domain name with the hosting company named manashosting. The payment was done on 18th Jan 14 and on Monday they sent the control panel details for the domain. But the details are not appropriate and if I contact them for the support they\'re not supporting instead they\'ll ask me to raise tickets despite I\'ve already raised 5 different tickets with them and no solution was provided. When I tried to control panel today, I\'m getting the error message saying that invalid username or pwd. So again I contacted them today regarding the same and also raised request. Their executive told me that they\'ll reset the control panel login details and resend it to me today only but till now no news from them. I was supposed to upload all my files by Monday but due to this our business had severe effect. Please take appropriate action against this company. regards, Ibrahim Kaleel
