Sir, my name is Tarun Halder, Sarsuna, Behala. I purchased one pair of sports shoes from Sona Sports, Maidan Market. But surprisingly, only after 2-3 months, it torn from side. I contacted the shop,but now they are telling different story for not giving any support for replacing th same. Kindly take action against the shop.
