Consumer Redressal

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., Surat registered my parcel on 18.12.13 for Durgapur, West Bengal which has not been delivered even on 23.01.14. Now they are saying my parcel is lost. I had sent dress materials in the parcel for which I also produced a copy of the bill of the material purchased to the courier company. The parcel is not delivered, not returned back nor any money refunded after repeated phone calls at Surat, Ahmedabad and Delhi offices of the company as well as personal pursuance at local Surat office. It is requested to register my complaint and the courier company be made to pay the appropriate refund alongwith penalty for all the problems created. Thank you
