Consumer Redressal

With reference to above, I Ashok kumar G P having SB Accountno: 30708429658 in State Bank of India, Sit extension, Tumkur Branch. On 06/12/2013 when I checked my account summary through net banking, to my shock, I found that someone had drawn rupees 62000=00 from my account from one of the ATM in Mumbai on 06/12/2013. I was in Mangalore on 06/12/2013 in my place of working, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management. Also I am having the ATM Card with me. I have neither given my ATM card nor disclosed my ATM pin number to anyone else. I have already informed you regarding this incident in my earlier letter dated 10/12/2013. It is already a month from my initial complaint and till date I have not received my stolen money. Therefore I request you to kindly credit the above said amount on behalf of the bank to my account at the earliest and the amount recovered after completing the investigation could be credited to bank’s account later. I hereby request you to do the needful.
