It’s regarding HP GAS wherein service been provided by Geetanjali GAS services located in Vasai east. We have opted for their services around 5 months back while shifting to Vasai. At that time we have been told that we would receive additional Cylinder within a month. But it’s now been more than 5 months and they have not given additional cylinder to us. Whenever we go they say they are running out of stock but still the point is they are issuing new Cylinder every now and then to new customers. If they are running out of stock then they shouldn’t keep adding new customers to the list, right? Whenever our existing one cylinder gets empty its become really difficult for us to manage especially when I’m on work and my 60+ parents stays without food or look for other avenues. In last instance we have to wait for 3 days to get a replacement for our only cylinder once its got empty. They should have told us in advance otherwise we wouldn’t have opted for their disastrous service.
