I, Anil Kumar Shrivastava, having gas connection from Indane Gas. The name of Gas Distributor agaency is \"Kailash Gas Service Gwalior. My consumer No. is 10300. I received Gas Cylinder on 06.01.2014 (cash memo no. 3000043148 dt. 02.01.14 vide order no. 2000039611 dt. 02.01.14) Rs. 435/- subsidy under DBTL received in Bank A/c and balance subsidy amount has not been credited in my bank account (State Bank of India Gwalior) till date.
