dear sir, i am ajay saini. i live in gurgaon.i purchage the hcl tab. date by 26/12/2013. tab touch is not working 1/01/2014 at 5:00 pm. i go to your. service center 2/01/2014 at 10:00 am clerk update the software and send me to 10:00 am that day.same problem is come to 5/01/2014 at 5:00 pm. i am go to hcl service center. and hcl clerk said it is not work so i had drop hcl tab with box. and said we come to 5 day. we are going to six time hcl service center but no response. i am very angry hcl staff and said to i go to consumer court. hcl worker is called yes we are going to consumer court. but me problem is not solve. plz suggest . my tab serial no. is 1013yccnv3dit33933. thank you. ajay saini my no. is 9136205142, 8750408390
