I, Ashish Kumar Dixit, having gas connection from Indian Gas. The name of Gas Distributor agency is “Mohan Indian Gas Kanpur. My consumer No. is 15870.I received Gas Cylinder on 16/01/2014 (cash memo: 3000072286 vide order no 2000065455 dtd 08.01.2014) Rs. 435/- subsidy under DBTL received in Bank a/c. and Balance subsidy amount has not been credited in my bank account(State Bank Of India kanpur). Please do the needful
