I gave my karbon tablet ST-3 No. 0213110110 to Karbon Service Center at Faridabad (Triple Solution, near Neealam bata Flyover) on 19 Nov, 2013. It was told repair will take 20 days maximum, till date they have not done it, in spite of my regular follow up they reply that it has been sent to company, when it will come back is not known to them, may please intervene.
