Consumer Redressal

This is about the UPVAN Arts Festival hosted in thane from 10 jan - 12 Jan 2014.The Festival was high class and sophisticated and also very well managed. But one major fault,first there was entry ticket to this event later the entry was declared free.I purchased entry tickets worth Rs.300. and now they are not returning the money back.When we call their office their is no constructive response about returning the money back.They are also saying the money would go to the foundation/charity.But this charity work without our notice is not done.
