sir i have made withdrawal of rs. 15000/- on 05/12/2013 my card limit is rs. 25,000/- but they are debited rs. 30,000/- for the same day withdrwal i has written letter to branch so many times but they said transection are succsess but i am not understood that my limit is rs. 25,000/- for per day then how it can be possible for withdrawing rs. 30,000/- i also given prooff for my atm card limit pls look in to the matter seriously
