Dear Sir/Mam,
I,Sunitee Sharma purchased samsung galaxy grand on 11/5/2013 from ranger collection,mumbai-matunga for Rs 19500 after few months of using it stopped working and hence submitted the phone to dealer for repairing on 8/1/14,it been more than a week that i have not received my phone and the dealer doesn\'t respond nor state clearly when i will receive my phone.Please help me with my problem as its creating mental stress as i am not able to receive my personal and professional calls.Hoping for the best from you.
