Consumer Redressal

I bought a mobile worth Rs 13100 on EMI basis from Spencers Retail Ltd -Kolkata (South city Branch) India on 29th Aug\'2013. All the required documents were submitted. My Credit card was swiped. I was told by the Spencer representative that I need to pay a processing fee of Rs 1399 and EMI of Rs 1092 from the next bill. I received credit card statement for the period of 15.08.2013 - 14.09.2013. I was shocked to see that the whole Purchase of Rs. 13100 was debited to my account instead of the EMI and processing fee. Axis Bank is blaming Spencer and Spencer is blaming Axis Bank. I am receiving statements with heavy interest debited to my account. Could you please help me and save me from this harassment. I bought the mobile on EMI basis since I am unable to pay the whole amount at once, however due to this issue I am being forced to pay the whole amount and that too with heavy interest charges.
