I had ordered redemption of Standard Chartered Credit Card rewards through order no PB121107-319822 - lifestyle gift vouchers. The same were shipped by Bluedart, waybill no 13717766086 and received by my landlord, Mr Sharma. The courier guy while delivering the goods to Mr Sharma wrote my relationship with him as my father!!! In India - a Mittal is born to Sharma!! Such is the intelligence of your courier guy. Now my question is why should I lose out on benefits entitled to me. Why did your shipping agency deliver it to someone without even checking credentials? And if by mistake they handed over to someone not entitled to use them, why can\'t you take it from him? Did the courier guy not even have a single rs in his phone to give me a call and check for the delivery?? SO, tell me who should I pursue now? Your customer care says that I should talk to Stan Chartered. Standard Chartered says talk to bluedart?
