I bought a Geyser of \'Padmini Essentia\' copany from the below mentioned shop on 8th November 2012 with 1 year warranty:

My geyser stopped working after some time and I logged a complaint with the Company \'Padmini Essentia\' in october 2013 (Complaint No.- 757). After long follow ups, the company sent their technician in December and he got the Geyser working. But the geyser stopped working again the next day. We have been following up and calling them to get the issue resolved on almost daily basis now, but they have not sent their technician uptill now. Therefore, I want to file a case in consumer forum regarding this. I want to be compensated with a brand new geyser and Rs. 15000 for all inconveniences that we have been through all these winters.
