Consumer Redressal

i have not received complete amount of my pf no AP/71331/131 i left on sept 04.2012 the company which i worked on aug 09, but they pf credited less value around 14 thousand less, when asking company they say working u talk to pf office like but no news.,my amount deducted 873 + company contribution is 992 so ttl amount gone to pf was 1865 per year and i worked 37 months so ttl gone to pf office as 69005 INR is total money without interest, but where i received total is 55141 INR, so i need the balance , but they saying u follow we folled not got, so me to follow, and given Visakhapatnam pf office phone but no body repond phone., it is rining.. no repond what should do.,
