Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I booked a 1 BHK flat for panvel In navi Mumbai with a builder \" Apna Group Builders And Developers, Navi Mumbai. For this I paid Rs. 1,00,000 (Rs 1 Lakh)in October 2011. The builder said that he will start the work soon and if not then I can take my money back with interest. The builder did not started the work till Jul 2012. Now I decided to cancel the booking and get my money back. For that the builder agreed to pay. He took my reciept (of paid amount) back and gave a cheque for the amount. But he did not put the date on the cheque. He said that when he will call me then only I should drop the cheque in to the bank. And only that time the date will be put on the cheque. Till today he did not cleared my money. I call him several times, I met him several times to his office but only he gives false promises to pay every time. He says that he will pay within 8-10 days every time. Please help me to get my money back
