Hi,
I have taken a new electrical appliance from \"Havells India Ltd\" in March, but the same has been defective, and the first complaint was registered with the company on 20th April. Since then, the machine has been repaired several times, and each time it takes 3-4 days for the company to send the person. Why a new product in warranty should be repaired so often.
