I had submitted an application for a gas connection on 5th Oct 2013. I have been calling every week to find the status, however, either no one picks up the phone or asks me to call next week. The staff is very rude & uncooperative. As a consumer I have a right to know the status, but I have no answers for the past 4 months. Can you please assist?
