Consumer Redressal

I had ordered 5 rolls from Jabbarr Afghani a restaurant in Kolkta (Infinity Thinktank, Plot A3, Block GP, Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kol - 91). The rolls provided were non-edible, cold and stiff. We called the shop to return. Then have received the rolls and signed the bill against non-edible materials. But they refused to return money or provide new rolls. The money just consumed by them.
