Consumer Redressal

I was contacted by a ICICI salesperson in Nov mid. He was offering ICICI Coral Credit Card to me. In details he mentioned that, there will be no joining fees. I received my card in Dec mid and it first bill got generated on this 15th Jan. In this bill joining fees is levied from me. On asking customer care they didnt responded to it and said there is no coral card where joining fee is waived off. This is act of mis-guiding the customer and luring the customer by false claims. The sales person promised that I will be getting credit limit of above 50k but they provided credit limit of just 30k. Need to know what should I do now.
