Consumer Redressal

My SB plus account 10313244542 was transferred from NAD branch to Industrial Estate branch(1611) in 2012, january. It was operational in SBplus mode since past seven years. However it is found that the a/c was not operating in its original SB plus mode since the time it was transferred to Industrial Estate Branch branch. Because of this I lost a lot of interest on my deposit that I may get if it worked properly. Despite several communications, the branch is not acting to rectify the problem and to credit the accrued interest .back to my account.
