Consumer Redressal

I have recieved a misguigance call from Roozgaar.com customer care as they are saying that they will refund my money and they ask for my bank account details after few minutes I have received that Rs 4718/- has been deducted from my account and they have activated two of there services in my name.Below are the Two Order Details.I just want how to get refund and want to teach them a lesson so that from Now on wards no more people will get harass by them.
