Hi,
I have been Privilege Banking customer of ICICI Bank for 8years. However, can I know the reason for the debit of Rs.393/- towards HYD0 7.01.2014 ECSRTNCHARGES Dated: 07.01.2014 in spite of having a clear credit balance on 7.1.2014. If I see the sequence of entries in the detailed account statement online then,I find that I got the funds credited to my ICICI account from my HDFC bank and then the ECS RTN charges were debited.
Can you please help in crediting the amount Rs.393/- and update the status.
