Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I Have been to Utsava hotel in K.S rao Road , Near Yenepoya speciality hospital on 14/1/14 .My bill was 44 rs. the cashier in the hospital gave me 1 rupee and for remaining five rupees he gave a paper token . when i refused to take it he spoke to me in arrogant way and refused to give change..hence i request you to look in to matter. these people are promoting their own currency which is against the law and cheating innocent customers.even if customer does not want to come to that hotel again , he is forced to take the coupon and forgive the money.kindly do the needful
