I, Ashok D Joshi from Bhandup, had booked Godrej Kreation 450(3 door) on 22.12.2013 by making full payment of Rs.32,721/-, through Godrej dealier Designo Furniture Studio, Mulund Link Road. We were promised delivery by 21 days i.e. before 12.01.2014.
When we called up a couple of days ago, we were told except doors everything has come to them and would be delivered in a day or two. However,on checking with them today again, we were told that they are not aware of the delivery schedule. We contacted Mr. Avdhoot, the ASM, who was unable to answer, being Sunday.
We had seen Designo Furniture\'s name as one of their authorised dealer, hope it\'s true and our money is not gone waste.
