Consumer Redressal

I had bought a videocon refrigerator from reliance mart dated 24/04/2012.however the refrigerator is not working properly and it is giving problems every time . However when I approached the videocon service center they are not able to resolve the issue even after going to the 3 to four times.I have asked for a replacement in the case, however I would like a refund because videocon is taking the customers for a ride as videocon is not looking into the issue in the first place as the problem is recurring. Please look into this problem and suggest a suitable solution at the earliest. Please find the emails sent to them regarding this.
