Consumer Redressal

I have applied for PF withdrawal 4 months back. It got rejected. When I check the status online I get: STATUS for Member ID: APHYD00378520000008680 Claim ID : APHYD131000022653 Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (APHYD00378520000008680) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim. Claim ID : APHYD131000022651 Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (APHYD00378520000008680) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form. Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO HYDERABAD for further details I haven’t received rejection letter.I am unable to track the exact reason behind it.If I try to connect to Customer call ,there is no proper responses. I am really fed up with these follow ups. Could anybody help me to resolve the issue??????
