Respected Sir, On 26 November2012, I submit two applications in the STATE BANK OF INDIA, Kadathur branch, for the purpose of the registration of Sale Deeds at Kadathur Sub-Registrar\'s office. for Demand drafts, in favour of \'The Sub-Registrar, Kadathur\", one is for Rs. 1000/(One Thousand), and other one is for Rs. 1830/(One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty). For that, I paid Rs. 2900/(TwoThouand Nine Hundred) with the commission of Rs.35 (Thirty Five ) Extra for each, in the STATE BANK\'s prescribed Forms. The STATE BANK OF INDIA, Kadathur branch, has issued the Demand drafts, dated on 27 November 2012, in Demand draft, No. 241667 for Rs. 1000/(One Thousand); and Demand draft, No. 241666 for Rs.1830/(One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty). Because of the defective servicess of \"The STATE BANK OF INDIA\", Kadathur branch, \'The Sub-Registrar, Kadathur\", has refused to aecept the Demand drafts, So that, Sale Deeds are also not accepted by \'The Sub-Registrar, Kadathur\", and my registration of Sale Deeds are failed. I was aggreived a lot. Hence I request The Honourable Consumer Redressel forum at Krishnagiri to consider my grevencess against the defective servicess of \"The STATE BANK OF INDIA\", Kadathur branch. For the defective servicess of \"The STATE BANK OF INDIA\", Kadathur branch, is to be given to me, a compensation of Rs. 1,00,000-00 (One lakh\'s) for the loss , and for my mentel Worries created the The STATE BANK OF INDIA, Kadathur branch, Hence I request The Honourable Consumer Redressel forum at Krishnagiri, to consider my prayer and to order for the above said compensation
