Consumer Redressal

I ordered a combo pack on the website Whaaky.com on 3rd jan2014,my order no S80164907,I paid Rs 899 rupee via debit card.i got a mail \"We are sorry to inform you that your order S80164907 has been cancelled as your location falls under the non-serviceable category. We refunded the amount kindly check with your bank.\"I checked my bank account and I have not recieved the money yet ( as on 13th jan 2014).I want Rs 899 be refunded back as soon as possible.
