on advice on wealth manager ICICI bank dadar branch, mumbai, invested rs 10,00,00/- of retirement funds in Edelweiss finance debentures.after redemption date, 3rd dec, amount wrongly credited to another customer. Bank now maintains that sum will be credited to me only when the erroneous receiver consents to release the same from his account. running from pillar to post since 5 weeks but bank most evasive and casual causing mental agony and hypertension to self, (retired senior citizen) need to realise sum with interest from bank. My account number 003201002130 with ICICI bank dadar branch. Can your forum redress this non chalance on part of icici bank.
