Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that you have promised to supply automatic rinsing-filling-capping machine for our water plant by taking an amount of Rs. 230000/- as advance after executing two receipts for Rs. 1.15 lacks each dated 30/01/2012 and 5/12/2012 respectively. You have utterly failed to install the machine and avoiding the same on one or the other pretext. This amounts to breach of agreement as written by you in receipt at Tandur before the witnesses present and also amounts to cheating and fraud. If you do not supply the said machine within 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter then we will be compelled to lodge a complaint against you before the appropriate authorities.
