we have send a parcel through a courier service, the parcel has not been deliverd by the courier company, when the matter was brought into there notice, they decleared that goods has been lost.
we would also like to say thay that while booking the parcel they have not asked for commercial invoice for goods send throught parcel
we have send them the claim letter, we have not rcvd any revert from them,
what is the further actionn we can taken on courier company.
