Consumer Redressal

My Fixed Deposit of Rs 2,20,000 FDR No. 5875 dt 22.12.2010 placed with Birla Zenith (India)Ltd,Regd office: Dalamal House, 1st Fl, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021 Corporate office: Everest Grande, B Wing, 108-109,1st Fl, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093 was due on 31.10.2013. I had sent FD recipt duly discharged requesting pre-mature repayment to meet some urgent domestic commitment. This Company has not repaid my Fixed deposit though it has matured on 31.10.2013. I have also not received interest @ 11.25% on this deposit from 1.10.2012 onwards. No one from the Company is answering my phone calls for refund of my FD. Finally I have filed an application u/s 58A(9)/117C Before the Company Law Board, Mumbai Bench. As per stamp the Dairy No. is 11287 dt 11 Nov 2013. I am 67 yr old retired person. How will I get my hard earned money back from this Company and when? I am in urgent of need of money and I am not getting my own money back. Please help me.
