I have worked in Tecpro Systems Limited, Chennai for a period of 16/01/2006 to 07/10/2013 (7 years and nine months). I have resigned the company on 07/10/13. The employer are not giving relieving order for the employees for the past six months. My PF A/c.No.DL/25741/307 (PF account maintained in Delhi North). The employer had remitted PF Amount upto march 2013 only. For April-July 13 salary they have given Salary to me, but they have not remitted the PF Amount to EPF authorities. Salaries for the period August, September & Oct. 2013 (1-7th) they have not paid to me, hence they have not paid the PF amount to PF authorites. The company have also not paid my full & final settlement. The above matter is lying with me for more than three months. Kindly advice me how to go for PF settlement, since the amount involved will be more than Rs.3 Lakhs.
