BSNL (loni branch) had installed WIMAX device which was not working, after so many complaint they solved this issue in two months, after using is for one week internet stopped working, and they discoonected my internet without any notification of pending bill from two month, which i never used. They said submit your bill for now, we will give you rebate in your next bill. Its been six month i have not got any rebate and they are even not responding me. No one is available in office to listen me, they all say its not my work. I want rebate and compensation for all that hassle, Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
