Consumer Redressal

I was using the Citi Bank Credit Card in 2009-2010. I have taken the Birla sun life policy and paid the EMI of 50956 through Citi Bank Credit Card. This 50951 amount I had paid through Monthly installments to the citi Bank Credit card. after this amount has been finished Citi Credit card Department has paid next year EMI through my credit card without my permission or without any intimation to me. After I came to know this I have asked them to reverse this transaction to the customer care. They have not reversed that transaction instead they have added interests month by month on the EMI of 4250 into that. I had written letters to credit card department in 2010 but they never responded to it. Now this Credit card is showing me closed as status but in CIBIL score card it is still showing me an outstanding amount of Rs 32973 and due is of 11709 Rs. I need No Dues certificate from Citi Bank Credit Card department. Pls Help me in this Regards . Contact 9763777637
