Dear Sir,
With reference to Order Number 973933 for which Bharat Gas has deliverd LPG Cyllinder on 02 January 2014 vide Cash Memo number 30130, DGOC Number 5569879. Amount has been charged Rs. 1,287.00.
We have received only Rs. 612.62 in Bank under BLPGCM27231DT2312-947035. Regular charges of LPG is Rs. 435.00.
Hence Bharat Gas have charged Rs. 240.00 excess or we have received less credit under DBTL as we have received only Rs. 612.62.
