Consumer Redressal

Hello, I want to file a complaint against a shopper named Mr. Mitesh Arvind Dattani from A-one Designs, Shop no 114.115.117, 2nd Lane, Magaldas Market, Sheikh Memom Street, Mumbai - 400002. On 4th Jan, 2014 i.e. Saturday I bought two sarees from his shop and out of them one saree has lot of design issues ocuuring beause of which I am not able to wear it even once. I on 8=9th Jan , 2014 called this guy to talk about he refused to exchange rather he started talking very badly. Completely misbehave and rude language on phone. So I want to request you to atleast get my saree exchanged and trat him a lesson to behave properly with customers and that too a lady customer. Thanks Pratibha
