I had underwent and operation to myRight Ankle due to TRIMOLLELOR FRACTURE on 26/12/2013 in HIRANANDANI HOSPITAL VASHI, by DR. AVINASH SONAWANE. But even after 3 month I came to know that after taking 2nd and 3rd opinion of other 2 ortho specialist that the fracture was MALUNITED and advise me to reoperate. Therefore I undewent 2nd operation now. I request you to please compnesation me and my INSTITUION which has paid Rs.1.31 lacs to HOSPITAL directly on My medical faciliy. The hospital and the doctor both are negelgennce in performing their duties. me and my family suffered a lot due to my 2nd operation. Please give my and family justice against such crime,
