On 3rd November 2012, we had placed an order for a divan cum bed to be delivered to us on the 10th November. 1. The bed was not ready on the promised date. 2. The bed was darker in shade, than we wanted.3. Faults that we found were told and were asked to rectify them, they were unwilling to do it such as, uneven colour tone, certain parts on the wood seemed swollen and certain parts chipped. 4. The cushions provided with the bed were of the lowest quality, and the cotton stuffed inside them was filled unevenly and therefore un-usable.
5. Several complaint calls were made to the shop for rectification of the problem but the shopkeeper and the lady attendant were very rude.
6. Since 13th November, no action has been taken by the shop to rectify our problem.
