Consumer Redressal

My mother who stays in Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala had booked gas cylinder last year. After calling he agency repeatedly( their phone line is always busy) they agreed to send the cylinder, even fter 10 days when the cylinder was not delivered, we had to stop the deilivery boy, who demanded Rs. 1320 for the cylinder by saying that as per new rules from January 14, this amount has to be collected from every customer. He has not even given the receipt saying we should go to the agency offce and collect. My ,other is qute old and has no income. I am shocked to see how the old here are harassed by governmnent cmpanies. The customer code is 620054. I hope needful is done as my mother who is 70 years stays alone.
