Consumer Redressal

I have purchased suspension of Honda Unicorn bike from Bhutta Auto, situated at Balaram Street, Mumbai, which is very loose and does not fit porperly. This is a manufacturing defect. The dealer is authorized dealer of the company. He is refusing to replace the suspnesion. I sent mail to the company and their representative called me and said that their commpany does not have the policy of replacing the goods even if it turn out to be manufacturing defect. Kindly look into it as it is a clear case of cheating with the consumer who buy the goods from authorized dealers and who pay the tax amount to the government.
